I’ve studied and taught the gospel in manuscripts Bible studies for years with InterVarsity, and it has been the single most profound shaping force in my spiritual development.  This sketch came through studying the passage about Jairus and a bleeding woman, both of whom come to Jesus seeking help in desperate situations.

This sketch gets at the complexity and the deep desire of every person in the conversation for Jesus to meet a desperate need.  Life and death are held in balance.
